Job Description

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 100% Onsite

The Marketing Coordinator supports BHA's marketing, communications, and brand initiatives to increase community awareness, strengthen recruitment efforts, and promote organizational growth. Responsibilities include managing social media, creating digital and print content, maintaining the website, coordinating events, supporting advertising campaigns, tracking marketing performance, and ensuring consistent brand messaging that aligns with BHA's mission and Core Values.


Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or digital media experience preferred.
  • Experience with social media management, graphic design, and brand marketing.
  • Website management, SEO, and copywriting experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and digital marketing.
  • Ability to analyze marketing metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical judgment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns supporting recruitment, programs, and organizational initiatives.
  • Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain and update BHA's website and digital communications.
  • Coordinate community events, hiring events, open houses, and outreach activities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Monitor engagement and marketing analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and community partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, media partners, and internal departments on marketing projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including campaign tracking, scheduling, and organizing marketing resources.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Pay Rate: Our compensation is competitive within the market. The starting rate for this position begins at $27.88 per hour, with your final offer based on a combination of your education, relevant experience, and overall qualifications.
