Marketing Coordinator
Location: Austell, GA


NTP-STAG is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator at our Austell, GA location. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute impactful marketing campaigns, manage digital and print content, and support brand initiatives that drive customer engagement and sales growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and events.
  • Coordinate supplier-related event activity to fulfill supplier income/marketing obligations related to print, digital, promotions, and trade shows for assigned supplier base.
  • Build and maintain market presence, including marketing to customers, product selection, and assisting in messaging.
  • Brainstorm and help to develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Partner with the Design Team and other internal teams to develop on-brand copy and creative assets.
  • Review and understand marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Create and implement digital ads, from creative and copy to management and optimization.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors (collateral development, video production, creative design, etc.) for all customer (internal and external) work.
  • Help to acquire & create content and ensure all the brands’ key attributes are consistently and accurately reflected in all communication channels.
  • Review marketing campaigns; evaluate creative content for print and digital media.
  • Assist with the execution and marketing of deliverables such as promotions, brochures, flyers, location signage, promotional materials, advertisements, handbooks, mailers, and presentations.
  • Work with Marketing Manager, Category Management, and Supplier to support their efforts creatively.
  • Assist with set-up of local and regional events, trade shows, open houses, community events as needed to support retail store activities and customer engagement.
  • Assumes other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Marketing or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Additional Data, Design, and Software application experience preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs. • Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc.
  • Ability to create, maintain and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives. 
  • Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others and make presentations to department or middle management.
  • Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions
  • Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area.
  • Results are defined; sets personal own goals and determines how to achieve results with few or no guidelines to follow; supervisor/manager provides broad guidance and overall direction.
  • Handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment
  • This is a hybrid role that current requires three days per week in the office; expectations are subject to change,
  • Work is primarily sedentary: Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently. * Stand-up desks are available.
  • Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
