Full-Time/Part- Time: Full-time
Salary Range: $45,913-$61,652

The Opportunity
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives. Working closely with the Program Director, this role helps deliver strategic marketing programs that enhance brand awareness, support business objectives, and drive engagement across multiple channels.
How you will contribute:
• Support the Senior Social Media Coordinator with execution of social media initiatives across platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Stay informed of emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
• Support the execution of marketing initiatives on time and within budget, ensuring seamless deployment to market.
• Coordinate the execution of digital and web initiatives on time and within budget.
• Work closely with Sales Operations to support CRM and marketing automation initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing processes and best practices for social and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with external agencies to manage digital and web strategies.
• Support cross-functional teams in delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Champion and apply First National brand guidelines, including visual standards, across all client-facing initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Residential and Commercial divisions to create a unified and impactful market presence.
• Perform other duties as required to support the goals and objectives of the department and business unit.

The experience you need:
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Solid understanding of marketing communications planning and tactical execution, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with graphic design software.
• Experience with sales and marketing automation platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, concisely, and empathetically while working collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome obstacles to achieve objectives.
• Effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate ideas effectively and work cross-functionally.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Active listening skills, including the ability to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues.

• Understanding of the mortgage industry is considered an asset.
• Business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience, including direct collaboration with sales organizations.
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

Working Environment and Physical Demands Analysis:
