QualificationsThe Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for helping the Marketing Manager strategize and implement marketing, branding, and advertising plans.
Essential Functions

- Assists in the creation and management of long-term marketing plans, including advertising, public relations, promotions, and collateral.
- Gives support to advertising programs and communication programs designed to promote products or services.
- Helps in supporting a broad range of marketing activities and/or promotes sales and creates goodwill for organization's products or services among customers or prospects.
- Supports activities in promotional programs and advertising, including coordination of printing, copy editing, shipping, and delivery of materials.
- Assists designers to keep website(s) current. Supports with product rollouts and other daily activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to develop and execute a social media strategy. Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases.
- Organize and write content for the Company newsletter.
- Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as trade shows, expos and other public events. Generate content for email marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
- Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.
- Maintain a current prospective on best practices and emerging trends across the social media landscape.
- Communicate arrival of orders from the CKF store to employees
- Receive and fulfill gift requests. Maintain stock of gift boxes and packaging materials.
- May coordinate event management including local events, sampling events, and trade shows.
- Manage vendors as needed.
- Create dynamic video content and reels for social media.
- Coordinate and schedule professional and non-professional photoshoots.
- Travel to other CKF locations as needed for events, photoshoots, etc.
- Other duties as required.
Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, digital camera and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Required Education and Experience
- Associates degree in marketing or related field.
- Experience with Photoshop/InDesign.
- Two years of digital marketing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar related software.
- Experience with web design, digital photography and graphic design.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
- Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress and Squarespace
- Knowledge of social analytics tools for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest
- Knowledge of marketing email platforms such as MailChimp and Constant Contact.
- Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social or similar.
