This role is ideal for a highly organized and digitally fluent marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
You will support a performance-focused marketing team responsible for driving pipeline growth through coordinated campaigns, content distribution, and automation.
The position blends hands-on campaign execution with operational ownership of marketing systems, including email workflows, social channels, and content publishing.
You will also play a growing role in leveraging AI-powered tools and automation workflows to improve efficiency and scale marketing operations.
Working across multiple platforms and channels, you will ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
This is a highly dynamic role where attention to detail, curiosity, and adaptability directly contribute to measurable marketing impact.

Accountabilities:

• Support campaign execution focused on pipeline generation, including tracking performance against marketing and revenue goals.
• Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including setup, scheduling, testing, and automated workflows.
• Publish, schedule, and maintain content across blogs, websites, and third-party platforms, ensuring SEO and brand consistency.
• Manage social media channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X, covering scheduling, monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Build, maintain, and optimize AI-powered marketing agents and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Support event and conference logistics, including coordination of branded materials, swag, and shipping activities.
• Monitor campaign and channel performance, contributing to reporting and insights aligned with marketing objectives.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, AI tools, and automation technologies to improve team effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content, or digital operations roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and willingness to work with AI tools, automation workflows, and emerging marketing technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365; familiarity with GA4 and scheduling tools is a plus.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
