Manage high-stakes logistics and brand assets as the operational heart of Boom’s world-class Marketing team.

You are the owner of the details—the one who ensures our facilities look world-class, our assets are organized, and our events run like clockwork. You remove the friction that slows us down, serving as a proactive partner to the entire organization.

Compensation
The Base Salary Range for this position is $73,828 - $93,370 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Boom’s total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include long-term incentives/equity, a flexible PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
