Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our passionate team on a full‑time, fixed‑term basis until October 2026, covering parental leave.

We are in an exciting phase of transformation, with a renewed Executive Leadership Team. As part of this journey, PSA has is acquired the Australasian College of Pharmacy (ACP), unifying and enhancing the pharmacy education landscape and reinforcing PSA’s position as the leading provider of pharmacist education and professional development in Australia.

About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator supports the delivery of marketing and communications activity to ensure timely, accurate and engaging member communications across channels.

The role reports to the Head of Membership Engagement, with day‑to‑day guidance, prioritisation and quality assurance provided by the Marketing and Communications Leads, and is responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, producing and scheduling content, managing marketing schedules, and supporting digital, email, social media and event marketing activity.

I n the role, you will:

Campaign Support and Coordination

  • Support the delivery of member‑focused marketing campaigns across PSA products, services, events and education.
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, schedules and campaign trackers.
  • Assist with campaign rollouts and completion tasks, including post‑campaign reporting.
  • Ensure campaign activity is delivered accurately, on time and in line with approved messaging.

Content and Communications Support

  • Draft, edit and schedule content for EDMs, social media, websites and other digital channels.
  • Assist with the development, update and distribution of marketing collateral and publications.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, accessible, on‑brand and aligned with PSA messaging and tone.

Digital marketing

  • Support the implementation of digital marketing activity designed to drive enrolments, registrations, engagement and awareness.
  • Build, test and schedule email campaigns in Mailchimp or similar platforms.
  • Support social media scheduling and publishing.
  • Monitor campaign activity and assist with performance reporting.

Brand strategy and marketing

  • Apply PSA brand guidelines consistently across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Assist with maintaining brand templates, assets and marketing resources. Support initiatives that build brand visibility and engagement across digital channels.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of key marketing metrics.

About You

Qualifications and experience

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or related discipline
  • 3+ years' experience in a marketing or communications coordinators role
  • Experience supporting multi‑channel marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and digital
    channels including social media
  • Experience using CRMs, like SalesForce or marketing systems is desirable

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
