We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our passionate team on a full‑time, fixed‑term basis until October 2026, covering parental leave.

About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator supports the delivery of marketing and communications activity to ensure timely, accurate and engaging member communications across channels.
The role reports to the Head of Membership Engagement, with day‑to‑day guidance, prioritisation and quality assurance provided by the Marketing and Communications Leads, and is responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, producing and scheduling content, managing marketing schedules, and supporting digital, email, social media and event marketing activity.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.
We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
