About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to:

support the execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth across our service lines. This role blends digital marketing, content creation, campaign coordination, and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline
  channels
• Manage and update website and social media platforms
  Develop engaging content including newsletters, blogs, and promotional
  materials
• Support brand consistency across all business units and communications
  Liaise with internal teams to promote services, recruitment initiatives, and
  events
• Assist with design and coordination of marketing collateral and assets
• Track and report on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
• Support employer branding initiatives, including LinkedIn and recruitment
  campaigns

About You

You are a motivated marketing professional who is:

• Experienced in marketing, communications, or a similar role (healthcare
  experience advantageous)
• Creative with strong written and visual communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Skilled in digital marketing tools, social media, and content
  management systems
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement
