The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing day-to-day marketing initiatives across campaigns, content development, events, and sales enablement. This position collaborates closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to strengthen brand awareness, support campaignandleadenefforts, and ensure all marketingeffortsalign with strategicobjectives.

This is a hands-on role suited for a detail-oriented, adaptable professional who can manage multiple priorities and translate technical information into clear, compelling marketing materials. The Marketing Coordinator assumes ownership of assigned deliverables and contributes directly to measurable marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Project Execution

  • Coordinate andassistwithexecution ofmulti-channel marketing campaigns, including email, digital, social, andindustry initiatives
  • Manage campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure consistent, high-quality, andtimelyexecution
  • Proactivelyidentifypotential risks or delays and communicate mitigation plans or escalation needs as appropriate
  • Support product launches and promotional initiatives in alignment with established timelines and business objectives

Content & Communications

  • Develop and edit marketing content, including emails, case studies, brochures, website copy, and social media posts
  • Translate technical product information into clear, customer-focused messaging
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communications
  • Maintainhigh standardsof accuracy and quality through thorough review and cross-functional collaboration

Sales Enablement

  • Create, update, andmaintainsales collateral such as one-pagers, presentations, and product sheets
  • Work withmarketingleadership/teamandsales team to understand customer needs andidentifygaps in existing materialsand proactive ways to strengthen customer relationships
  • Ensure all materialsremainaccurate, relevant, and easily accessible
  • Support the organization andoversightof a centralized marketing and sales asset library(photos, company videos, event, training videos – YouTube channel, etc.)

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assistwith website updates, landing pages, andSEO initiatives, if needed.
  • Assistwith execution ofemail campaigns, including build, scheduling, quality control,and performance reporting
  • Own the marketing project tracker and weekly status updates for assigned initiatives.
  • Develop and supportsocial mediaeditorial calendar development, posting,and performance tracking, with a focus on LinkedIn
  • Monitor digital channels and proactively resolve issues or inconsistencies

Events & Trade Shows

  • Coordinatelogisticsfor trade shows and industry events, including booth materials, shipping, and registrations
  • Ensure events are executed professionally and in alignment with brand standards
  • Support pre- and post-event marketing activities, includingtimelylead follow-up
  • Assistin tracking event performance andidentifyingopportunities for improvement

Data & Reporting

  • Assistwith trackingcampaign performance and key marketing metrics, including leads, engagement, and conversions
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data within CRM and marketing systems
  • Generate reports and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making
  • Participate in performance reviews toidentifyopportunities for continuous improvement

Accountability & Performance Expectations

  • Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring deliverables areaccurate,timely, and aligned with expectations
  • Proactively communicate progress, updates, andpotential challengesin a clear,timely, and professional manner
  • Participate in weekly marketing operations meetings and provide written status updates on assigned projects
  • Own the contentcalendarexecution for assigned channels (posting cadence, QA, deadlines).
  • Contribute to team and organizational goals through high-quality execution and measurable results
  • Demonstrate accountability through consistent follow-through and effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Proactivelyidentifyopportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall marketing effectiveness
  • Engage in continuous learning and apply feedback to enhance performance
  • On-Time delivery rate for assigned deliverables
  • Accuracy/rework rate for published materials
  • Consistency of posting/email execution against calendar.

Qualifications

  • 4-5years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or manufacturing environments
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM platforms (i.e.D365), emailmarketingand website/CMS platforms
  • Workingknowledge of digital marketing, including email, web, social media, and SEO
  • Great attitude, can-do spirit, team player, adaptable
