Work Arrangement: 100% in-office
Pay Range: $63,628 - $80,294

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the corporation’s marketing campaigns. The position leads and coordinates the implementation of approved campaigns with Marketing and other internal stakeholders.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Leads the development and implementation of innovative, effective, and measurable marketing campaigns and processes for the organization and business partners.

  • Analyzes data to evaluate campaign performance and the impact on the organization’s overall marketing efforts, and recommends changes to achieve goals.

  • Provides market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.

  • Actively participates in a variety of marketing program activities to leverage online communities, increase program awareness, and attract target audiences.

  • Develops marketing materials for use by the organization and our business partners (e.g., brochures, videos, posters, point-of-sale materials, other collateral). Facilitates delivery and distribution of materials.

  • Monitors industry trends and continually identifies opportunities for campaign and promotional initiatives.

  • Tracks budget and processes all related expenses and invoices within area of responsibility.

  • Schedules meetings and maintains project and production schedules.

  • Ensures that established departmental service standards for quality, timelines, budget, and satisfaction are met.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Knowledge of marketing concepts and principles.

  • Ability to draw insights from data and use the information to support decision making.

  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.

  • Skill in using Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive).

  • Skill in copywriting for digital platforms and promotional copy.

  • Knowledge of project management techniques and practices.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business, or defined equivalency.

EXPERIENCE

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in marketing or a related field, including experience in a project-based environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Effort and Environment: Majority of time spent in a typical work environment with occasional and/or mild exposure to unpleasant conditions and light physical effort.
Sensory Attention: Occasional periods of concentration is required.
Mental Stress: Some exposure to factors that would produce mental stress.

Pay Range:$64,901.00 - $81,900.00
