Inside the Role

This role is positioned as a high potential early career opportunity within the Marketing & Strategy organization. It is intentionally designed to function as a talent incubator, giving rising marketers and strategists hands-on experience across communications, strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership exposure.

This position supports the execution of cross functional projects by developing detailed work plans, schedules, resource tracking, and status reporting. Conducts risk analysis, monitors progress against milestones, and ensures deliverables meet quality and brand standards. Provides analytical and technical guidance to project teams and partners across Marketing, Strategy, and Communications. Analyzes and documents requirements by working closely with stakeholders throughout the organization.

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Apply marketing and communications expertise to plan, organize, and coordinate internal and cross‑functional marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress against established milestones, timelines, and budgets; identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and leadership‑ready updates.
  • Provide analytical and organizational guidance to project participants to support effective execution and informed decision‑making.
  • Coordinate development of internal communications, leadership updates, newsletters, and culture‑building content.
  • Translate complex strategic inputs such as market insights, performance data, and platform narratives, into clear, structured, and executive‑ready materials.
  • Build and maintain standardized presentation templates, communication frameworks, and documentation to improve clarity and consistency.
  • Analyze and document project requirements by liaising with leaders and teams across Marketing, Strategy, Market Development, Platform Strategy, and Brand Communications.
  • Organize inputs, synthesize research and insights, and prepare leadership‑ready materials.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional projects through analysis, structured thinking, and project coordination.
  • Gather inputs from multiple stakeholders, synthesize information, and ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to established quality, brand, and communication standards across all project deliverables.
  • Coordinate reviews of presentations, content, and documentation to confirm completeness, accuracy, and readiness for executive audiences.
  • Track budgets, purchase requests, purchase orders, and maintain visibility for leadership.
  • Support vendor coordination, documentation, and compliance.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, governance forums, and project reviews, including agendas, materials, and follow‑ups.
  • Support onboarding, internal staff processes, and maintenance of department documentation and lists.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, project tracking practices, communication clarity, and operating rhythms within Marketing and Strategy.
  • Contribute to the evolution of project management and communication standards across the organization.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Strategy, or a related field and 0-2 years of experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and track projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with collaboration or design tools is a plus.
  • An attached resume is required.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Experience supporting marketing, product, brand, or strategy initiatives in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience producing executive‑level presentations and reports.
  • Exposure to budget tracking, vendor coordination, or business operations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational discipline, and ability to manage timelines and dependencies.
  • Demonstrated interest in growing toward product marketing, strategy, or go‑to‑market leadership roles.
  • Experience in transportation, manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex environments.
