The Role:

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will support the marketing team by helping coordinate activities and ensuring work gets delivered on time.

This role works closely with the Marketing Manager, Content and Communications Manager, Senior Creative Designer, and CRM Manager to help keep marketing activity organised and moving forward.

You’ll be involved in a wide variety of tasks including social media, website updates, campaign coordination, event preparation, and general marketing support.

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who enjoys being busy and taking ownership of getting things done.


What You’ll Do

Here’s what your day might look like:

  • Coordinate marketing activities: Keep marketing tasks organised and ensure projects stay on track.
  • Support social media: Create and schedule posts, monitor comments, and help maintain a consistent posting cadence.
  • Assist with website updates: Upload articles, update pages, and help keep website content current.
  • Help roll out campaigns: Coordinate campaign assets, publishing schedules, and digital updates.
  • Support events and trade shows: Assist with organising logistics, materials, and marketing collateral.
  • Prepare marketing materials: Help with presentations, documents, and marketing collateral used by the sales team.
  • Handle internal requests: Support other teams by helping coordinate marketing materials and updates.
  • Pitch in where needed: This role helps the whole marketing team, so no two days will look exactly the same.
