Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Assist sales and marketing staff on current projects as required.

· General office administration to ensure all day-to-day office requirements are met.

· Co-working with team leader in analysing, planning, and communicating marketing strategies, promotions, campaigns, and new products through online and offline channels

· Tracking status, evaluating, and reporting results.

· Consistently learn and stay up to date with best practice digital marketing.

· Collaborating with a graphic designer and agency to create promotion banner and video.

· Create presentations, documents, letters and reports for sales and marketing meetings.

· Assisting in the planning and execution of events such as seminars, webinars, trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

General Requirements:

· Well organized & excellent attention to detail.

· Hard-working & active in coordinating with other relevant departments and suppliers.

· Good interpersonal skills and a team player.

· Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

· Highly proficient computer skills (Email, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).

· Engage with social media platforms. As well as always following various marketing trends.

· Good in English communication is advantage.

· Experience in PR, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.

· Experienced in working with B2B is an advantage.
