We are in search of a Marketing Coordinator to join our team who will be actively involved in the marketing production processes associated with producing persuasive RFQ/RFP responses that support new business opportunities across multiple service divisions. This includes and is not limited to responses, interview presentation layouts, leave behind brochures, and various other materials. You’ll also play a key role in working along side project teams to turn complex ideas into standout marketing materials
Your Impact:
Organizes, coordinates and controls activities involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, presentations, and submittalsin accordance withthe PBK brand standards
Actively involved in the development and management of regional marketing collateral, including resumes, project sheets, brochures, and database content
Directsand coordinates input from architects, engineers, consultants, and other team members to ensure cohesive andaccuratemarketing deliverables
Coordinates work with outside vendors (electronic transfer of data, reprographics, binding, etc.) and consultants
Technicalresourceand coordinator for projects,requestsand presentations
Assistsmarketing department with special projects as needed
Here's What You'll Need:
3+ years of technical A/E/C industry marketing experience
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in the Adobe InDesign application
Ability to interact with management,project team members,external client organizations,and vendors
Working knowledge of PowerPoint, including use of color palettes, master slides, imported elements and template
Strong oral, written, and English communication skills
Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
Ability to self-assess and commanda high levelof accuracy

The actual offered base salary for California locations will vary depending on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, work location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role will be at or near the top half of the range provided, but the decision will be dependent on the factors of each individual case. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The salary range for this position is below.
$59,977.00 - $89,966.00
