Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring brand consistency across all internal and external communications and campaigns. This role involves a variety of media touchpoints, including traditional and digital marketing, videography, and photography, and supports strategic planning and execution.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns according to the annual marketing plan and specific store needs.
- Maintain promotional materials inventory, support meetings, and coordinate trade shows and location events.
- Participate in the development of marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
- Coordinate with managers to fulfill promotional material needs by placing orders, verifying receipts, and managing distribution.
- Manage the organization’s social media channels, including Facebook and websites.
- Support the marketing plan by traveling to locations annually, with occasional weekend travel for events.
- Monitor budgets for assigned product lines and projects.
- Provide regular reports to the supervisor and contribute to the annual marketing report as requested.
- Stay current by participating in educational opportunities and reading relevant trade publications.
- Support organization goals by taking ownership of new marketing-related projects.
- Seek opportunities to add value to marketing initiatives and job accomplishments.

QualificationsEducation and

Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing or promotions is preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing.
- Strong creativity with a track record of identifying target audiences and creating engaging, informative, and motivating marketing campaigns across digital, print, and other channels.
Physical Requirements:
This position involves working indoors in air-conditioned spaces, with occasional travel by car or plane to assigned locations. It requires repetitive hand and finger movements, prolonged periods of standing and walking, frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, and occasionally lifting items weighing 25–50 lbs. Some reaching, overhead lifting, and pushing or pulling are also involved. The role may require infrequent stair climbing.
Physical Requirements
This position spends time indoors in air-conditioned areas sitting and driving or flying to assigned locations. On a regular basis this position involves repetitive hand/finger movement, standing, and walking for prolonged periods of time, with frequent bending, twisting and/or stopping, kneeling and/or squatting, and frequent lifting of 25lbs to 50lbs. This position requires frequent reaching and/or lifting overhead, grasping/grabbing with hands, and pushing or pulling. There are stairs to climb infrequently.
