Marketing + Referral Development Coordinator

Responsibilities and Duties: We are seeking an efficient, personable, and highly motivated Marketing and Referral Coordinator to join our team. We’re looking for someone who finds genuine purpose in continual growth and thrives on creating streamlined workflows and strategy that strengthens our marketing and referring provider relationships.
In this role, you will work closely with the practice, serving as an on-site liaison to referring offices, internal teams, and external vendors. Key responsibilities include managing referral communications and supporting marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
A core component of this position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with referring providers through consistent communication and scheduled visits to their office. You will also analyze referral trends and help develop strategies to generate referrals and enhance existing partnerships. Additional responsibilities include assisting with website content updates, supporting broader marketing initiatives, execution across social media channels, and collaborating with the team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. (Approximately 25% of overall job responsibilities)

Minimum
Qualifications:
Previous medical or dental administrative experience, minimum 1 year.
Previous experience in marketing or referral development, minimum 1 year.
