Background
We are transforming customer journeys to accelerate growth and elevate the overall customer experience. This roleestablishesthe divisional benchmark for journey design and commercialexcellencediscipline, while scaling best practices across Business Units and the broader marketing and sales organization.
As our Marketing Conversion& CX Specialist, you will define journey stages, diagnostics, and actionable strategies; oversee lead management and sales handoffs; and scale proven methodologies. You will lead the execution of keycommercialmarketing activations for the Energy Division andprovidecommercialguidance to divisional,business units,salesandmarketing teams.You will take ownership of end-to-endcustomerjourney and commercialmarketing insights, drive leadgrowthand conversion, and enhance win rates.
Priority Areas & Responsibilities for this role include:
1)Customer experience
Overall funnel strategy responsible, securing that marketing activitiesalign withgrowthtargets
Securing that our CX priorities are aligned with key customer insights
Content strategy,secure thatcontent productionaligns with funnel strategy
Prioritize fixes; assign accountable owners,timelines and drive improvement
2)Commercialexcellence
Secure commercial disciplinefor lead management
Work with sales organization to document and scale best practices
Partner with sales toidentifyareas where marketing canprovidevaluableinsights & analytics
Create value propositionswith industry & product managers
Secureimplementationof best practices
3)Scale
Run journey reviews
Stand-up sessions forpriority areas
Leveraging data and results incustomerjourney design
This position is based in Lund and will report to the Energy Division Head of Marketing & Commercial Excellence
Who You Are

A natural cross-functional influencer, you excel at orchestrating customer experience and funnels,commercialanalytics, sales/CRMto drive measurable impact.
What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience)
Master’s/Bachelor’s in Marketing, Information Systems, Data/Analytics/Service design, or similar
3+ years in CX/marketingcommercial rolesfrom agency/consultancy orB2B or B2C environment
Excellent English skills both written and spoken
