The Marketing Content Producer is a creative driver and visual storyteller responsible for owning the full content lifecycle at Cumberland Heights - from ideation and production through distribution and performance. On the distribution side, you'll manage Cumberland Heights' social presence day to day and shape a consistent, recognizable visual brand that people connect with.

The ideal candidate proactively identifies content opportunities, pitches ideas, and leverages every tool available (cameras, drones, and audio gear) to tell compelling stories that reflect the mission, people, and impact of Cumberland Heights. This position requires a motivated creative professional who can operate independently, manage a full production calendar, and consistently deliver work that is both strategically aligned and visually excellent.

  • Manages all aspects of the organization's podcast, including guest identification and outreach, scheduling, pre-interview preparation, recording setup and facilitation, post-production editing, and distribution to platforms including YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify.
  • Engages with our social media community by responding to comments and messages, and building genuine connection with followers.
