This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who combines strategic thinking, creative judgement and strong execution. You will work across content, campaigns, social media, CRM, employer branding, events, positioning and go-to-market, with ownership from idea to final delivery.

About the role

As Marketing & Content Lead, you will turn Froda's strategy, products and ideas into marketing that people understand, remember and act on.

The scope is deliberately broad. You might work on positioning or go-to-market one day, write a campaign or customer email the next, and then develop an employer branding initiative, partner activation or event concept.

We are looking for someone who can move seamlessly between strategy, creativity and execution, and who enjoys taking work all the way from an initial challenge to a high-quality result.

You will work closely with Design, Growth Marketing, PR, Sales, Partnerships, Product and People, while independently driving your own initiatives.

What you'll do

• Translate company and commercial priorities into marketing initiatives, campaigns and content.
• Lead projects from strategy and concept through execution, launch and follow-up.
• Develop positioning, messaging, value propositions and go-to-market communication.
• Write and create high-quality content across web, CRM, email, social media, campaigns and presentations.
• Turn complex products and topics into clear, engaging communication.
• Develop creative concepts, narratives and campaign ideas together with Design and other specialists.
• Strengthen Froda's brand across customers, partners, talent and markets.
• Drive employer branding, events, partnerships and other brand activations.
• Use data and customer insight to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
• Use AI and new technology to improve quality, speed and scalability in how we work.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
• An exceptional writer and communicator with strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• A broad marketing background across several disciplines rather than a narrow specialist profile.
• Strong strategic and commercial judgement, combined with a genuine bias toward action.
• Experience creating and executing content, campaigns and marketing initiatives across several channels.
• Strong understanding of brand, positioning, messaging and customer communication.
• The ability to quickly understand complex products, audiences and business models.
• High standards for quality, detail and creative execution.
• Comfortable owning work independently from an undefined brief to final delivery.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with high ownership.

We'd be particularly excited if you also have

• Experience from a startup, scale-up, agency or other high-growth environment.
• International marketing experience.
• Experience within B2B, fintech, financial services, partnerships or technology.
• Understanding of performance marketing, customer journeys and conversion funnels.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Meta Business Manager.
• Strong experience using AI tools as part of your everyday work.
