- 🎙️ Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent and polished brand voice across all written content.
- 🔍 Proofreading & Editing: Ensure accuracy, clarity, and error-free writing in every piece.
- 📈 SEO Integration: Use SEO best practices to optimize content for visibility and engagement.
- 💡 Campaign Ideation: Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for product launches, events, and campaigns.
- 📅 Project Management: Handle multiple content projects at once—meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- 🧠 Collaboration: Partner with marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
- 📊 Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and feedback to refine content strategies over time.
Requirements
✅ Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing content writing
- Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and digital marketing trends
- Familiarity with A/B testing, UX writing, and conversion optimization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
