TheMarketing Consultantreports toa Senior Marketing Consultantor directly totheAccountDirector

TheMarketingConsultantis responsible formanaging resources andproject(s) that span across one or moreclients.Understanding the importance ofthe digitalexperience in the current world and being able to strategically help clients in thatpath,isimportantin this role.

Manage resources, schedules,financials andensurequality and control guidelines throughouthis projects/clients This also includes management of issues,risksand project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities and Duties

Business

  • Serve aspointof contact for client account management matters.

  • Develop recommendations tohisherclientsandgeneratenew business ideas for them.

  • Project supervision (scheduling, deadlines, costs, quality)

  • Ensuring operational briefs are correctly delivered to Teams

  • Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects

  • Propose actions, overall or per client, if Gross Income deviates fromobjective

  • Provide up to date information on Gross Incomeofhis group of clientson official reporting filesIt ishis/herresponsibility to provideaccurateinformation.

  • Managingproject costs (ensureskillsreal time update):

  • Projectand clientevaluation

  • Needs vsprofitability

  • Forwardingin time necessary elements for billing

Operations

  • Participate inweekly resource planning process,fulfilling the needs for the projects/clients he/sheis responsible for

  • Participate inTeamMeetingswith theAccountDirector;

  • Provide information to theSenior Marketing Consultantor directly to theAccountDirector regardingresource needsfor amonthly and yearlybasisplanning.

  • Participate in the evaluation of hisprojectsandclient’sprofitability(based on reports prepared by Operations Director)and take actionsaccordingly(together withthe Senior Marketing Consultant or directly with theAccount Director)

  • Validatecost estimatessendto clientwith Account Director and/or Operations Director

  • Keep updates and providesvisibility + permanent access to necessary info for project advancement + deadlines + needs + project progress

  • Master F6 tools + organization:

  • Briefs / technological specificities / Processes / Planning / Project schedules /Forecast

  • Financial (budgets, BQs) + other procedures

People

  • Mightbe responsible foraclientteam(otherJuniorMarketing Consultants, Project Managers and/or Content Managers)

  • Monitor and evaluatehisprojectteamstaffperformance.

  • Work in an efficient manner within Team + other departments teams

  • Revealopenness to accept/discuss ideas with other departments + accept/positively challenge clients'feedbacks

Qualifications

  • Over3years of experiencein digital marketing.

  • Commercial skills, ability toidentifybusiness opportunities and close the deal with clients.

  • Ability to work across departments, with a “get things done” mentality.

  • Ability to work under stress,maintaininga clear mind in stressful circumstances, providingguidance to other team members

  • Understanding ofthe core CX areas: strategy, content & creativity, interface development, performance marketing and automation, data & insights.

  • Empathy, ability to connect with clients and ensure that their needs come first.

  • Tools and Software:Skills; Forecast;MS Office(mandatory);MS Project(recommended)
