About the Role

Frankenburg is looking for a hands-on Marketing & Communications Specialist to turn our communications and brand direction into high-quality execution.

You will manage communications, PR, exhibitions and events from brief to final delivery, working closely with senior management, Sales, external partners, agencies and suppliers. This role requires strong writing and editorial judgement, confident project ownership, excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, deadlines and deliverables.

International travel and on-site involvement at key exhibitions and company events are part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate press releases, company, partnership and product announcements, media requests, interviews and journalist outreach.
• Work with senior management, Sales, partners and other stakeholders to align messaging, approvals and timing.
• Manage Frankenburg’s presence at exhibitions, product launches, factory openings and other major events.
• Coordinate booth concepts, product presentations, visuals, videos, printed materials and event partners.
• Be present at key exhibitions and events when required, including overseeing booth setup, and supporting announcements and partner activities.
• Find, brief and manage creative agencies, designers, video producers, printers, exhibition suppliers and other external specialists.
• Draft and edit communications content, including press releases, announcements, brochures, presentations and company or product materials.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, approvals and dependencies across several parallel initiatives.
• Translate technical and complex topics into clear, credible and engaging communications.
• Ensure all communications and marketing deliverables meet Frankenburg’s brand, messaging and quality standards.

What we are looking for

• Experience in communications, PR, marketing, events or similar project-based work.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong writing, editing and narrative skills, with a good understanding of tone, messaging and audience.
• Sound editorial and commercial judgement, with the confidence to make recommendations and improve proposed approaches where needed.
• Strong project-management and organisational abilities.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership without detailed instructions.
• Confidence working with senior management, Sales, agencies, journalists, suppliers and business partners.
• Good visual judgement and the ability to recognize strong creative work and give useful feedback.
• The ability to understand technical topics and communicate them clearly.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work on site at exhibitions and major company events.
• High attention to detail and a consistently high quality bar.
