Job Description

In IGT Systems, we have three clinical segments: Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, and Hybrid Surgery and a great product portfolio, each managed by a Downstream Marketing Manager.

Play a key role in executing global marketing communications for either clinical segments or our product portfolio, by creating, producing, and delivering high quality omni-channel campaigns and assets across the Customer Decision Journey (CDJ), in close partnership with the Downstream Marketing Managers. In addition, become our AI champion, acting as a role model on our AI transformation journey, especially linked to the efficient creation of Marcom assets.

Your role:

  • You will bring the IGT Systems Marketing & Engagement Strategies to life by translating strategic input from the Downstream Marketing Manager into globally compelling marketing communication assets.
  • You will be responsible for briefing partner agencies, creating and delivering the global master assets/toolkits (inc. print, video, digital collaterals), and campaign materials that support awareness, consideration, demand generation, and loyalty across the pre-defined Customer Decision Journey (CDJ).
  • You will also support medical congresses and events by executing on the defined booth experience, messaging, visuals, and experiential demos, ensuring all materials reflect approved claims and drive impactful customer engagement.
  • You will actively leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to accelerate content creation, improve marketing effectiveness, and increase operational efficiency across marketing communications activities.
  • You will ensure brand consistency, Legal & Regulatory approvals, operational excellence, timely and on budget delivery of all these assets.
  • You will work within the Content & Engagement team - reporting to the Content & Engagement Leader in the created IGT-S Commercial Strategy organization and collaborate closely with the Downstream Marketeers, Digital Marketing Managers as well a multi-disciplinary teams across functions and regions for optimal activation.
  • You will act As an AI champion within the team and as a role model for the responsible adoption of AI, sharing best practices, encouraging experimentation, and supporting colleagues in their own AI transformation journey.

You’re the right fit if:

  • You bring 5+ years of MarCom experience in MedTech, B2B, or healthcare related fields (ideally within either Cardiology, Radiology or Surgery)
  • You have strong skills in omnichannel content creation and campaign execution, creative briefing, messaging implementation, content production, managing agency and vendor partners as well as monitoring the set KPIs (twofold: Usage of toolkit by Regions and overall Impact towards our Customer).
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • You are proficient with AI assisted tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and can apply them responsibly for insights, content development, and workflow acceleration.

This role is an office based role located in Best, the Netherlands.

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €61.185 – €101.976. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 3% bonus, with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
