Marketing Communications Manager – Diagnostic Imaging Solutions
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing cross-modality communication and campaign initiatives that strengthen storytelling, visibility, and commercial impact across the Precision Diagnosis portfolio. The role translates portfolio and modality strategies into clear, high-level messaging and campaign assets that support sales enablement, executive communication, and internal alignment across multiple business units.
This is a high-visibility role working across MR, CT, X-ray, and Ultrasound, engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Two positions will be filled with complementary profiles to ensure strong balance between marketing communications execution and modality/product expertise.
Your role:
Develop and execute integrated communication and brand campaigns across multiple modalities (MR, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound), ensuring consistent storytelling and positioning of the Precision Diagnosis portfolio.
Translate complex product, clinical, and portfolio strategies into clear, compelling, high-level messaging and sales enablement materials for account managers, executives, and internal stakeholders.
Create and deliver campaign assets such as promotional materials, videos, websites, pitch decks, narratives, internal and external communication materials, and content for digital and employee channels.
Collaborate closely with modality teams, central marketing, and business stakeholders to align messaging, reuse existing materials, and ensure consistency across markets and functions.
Drive end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, stakeholder alignment, implementation, tracking, and performance reporting.
Monitor campaign effectiveness using KPIs, analytics, and stakeholder feedback, and translate insights into continuous improvement of communication strategies.
Support internal engagement and executive communication initiatives, ensuring clear alignment of priorities across the organization.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners, acting as a trusted advisor on communication, branding, and campaign execution.
Contribute to the development of scalable communication approaches and best practices within the broader Precision Diagnosis organization.
This role offers high exposure to senior leadership and cross-modality strategy, with the opportunity to shape how the Precision Diagnosis portfolio is positioned internally and externally. It is ideal for someone who combines strong execution capabilities with strategic communication thinking and thrives in a complex, matrixed environment.
You're the right fit if:
You have 4+ years of experience in marketing communications, brand management, content creation, or campaign management, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or complex B2B environments. Master or MBA-level education is preferred.
You are strong in stakeholder management and comfortable engaging with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organization.
You have excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical or clinical topics into clear messaging.
You are highly structured, execution-focused, and experienced in managing cross-functional campaigns and projects from concept to delivery.
