Your tasks

• Support and strengthen ISCC’s communications and marketing activities by developing and executing strategic communication and email marketing initiatives
• combining creative communications work with strong expertise in email marketing and marketing automation
• further develop ISCC’s email marketing landscape, processes, and performance.
• planning, creating, and optimising content that effectively promote ISCC’s certification and licensing schemes, events and trainings, while driving stakeholder engagement and supporting organisational growth through data-driven email marketing
  
  

Email Marketing & Marketing Automation

• Lead the strategic development and restructuring of ISCC’s email marketing activities and processes using Mailchimp
• Set up, manage, and continuously optimise audience structures, mailing lists, segmentation, tags, templates, and automations in Mailchimp
• Develop and implement a scalable newsletter marketing strategy tailored to different stakeholder groups and ISCC offerings
• Create and manage targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and automated email journeys
• Ensure compliant, consistent, and efficient use of email marketing tools and processes across the organisation
• Monitor, analyse, and report on email marketing KPIs
• Continuously optimise email marketing performance based on analytics, testing, and stakeholder feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve stakeholder targeting, campaign relevance, and data quality

Strategic Communications 

• Develop and implement communication plans and campaigns aligned with organisational priorities and business objectives
• Ensure balanced, strategic, and audience-oriented coverage of ISCC-related topics on the ISCC website
• Support and further develop ISCC’s overall communications and marketing strategy
• Identify and evaluate new communication opportunities, trends, and tools

Your profile

• University degree in in (online) marketing, communications, or similar 
• At least 3 years postgraduate professional experience in relevant field (Online Marketing)
• Very good experience in email marketing, newsletter management, and marketing automations, ideally with Mailchimp
• Excellent English language skills as well as good German language skills (written and spoken)
• Excellent Experience in digital communication tools
• Experience with CMS systems is an advantage
• Excellent service-oriented mindset
• excellent prioritising ability
• very good project management skills
