To develop, execute, and manage marketing communication and digital marketing activities that support business growth, strengthen Huber’s brand positioning, and drive customer engagement across key markets.

The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing communication, digital marketing, and content activities to support the HAM business. The role focuses on translating product value into clear, compelling messaging, supporting commercialization and product launches, and ensuring consistent brand presentation across all channels. This role works closely with Global Market Directors, Sales, R&D, and external partners.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing communication plans, including digital campaigns, content creation, and sales support materials.
  • Create and manage marketing content such as brochures, presentations, website content, LinkedIn posts, and email campaigns.
  • Manage and continuously improve the HAM website and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Organize and coordinate trade show participation and post-event follow-up.
  • Support product launches and translate technical features into customer value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and external agencies to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of all marketing materials.

Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications or digital marketing in B2B or industrial sectors.
  • Strong digital marketing and content creation experience.
  • Ability to translate technical products into clear messaging.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and business needs.

Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as an applicant's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.

U.S. Market-Based Base Salary Range

Marketing Communications Manager

[$106,900.00 - $138,800.00]

In addition to base compensation, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing payout.
