We’re now looking for a creative storyteller and content creator to shape Fortum’s voice towards our customers in Sweden. Whether your background is in marketing or another creative field, what matters most is your ability to craft engaging content across formats and use digital channels strategically to engage decision-makers.
About the Role
As a Marketing Communications Manager you’ll lead the creation of digital-first communications that resonate with our customers and elevate Fortum’s presence in Sweden. This includes planning and executing integrated campaigns, expanding our English-language marketing, and contributing to regional initiatives - all with a strong focus on content that informs, inspires, and drives engagement.

What to expect from the recruitment process
We will begin scheduling interviews at the end of the application period. Our recruitment process includes two rounds of interviews, a case exercise and reference checks. We may have a final discussion for finalist with a relevant stakeholder.
