We are searching for a Marketing Communications intern for Summer 2026 (May-August).

Marketing Communications Intern responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Help in planning quarterly business meetings and tradeshows.
• Support internal sales lunch & learn training.
• Assist with external client-facing webinars: promotional activities, live “day” of event and post-event follow up
• Monitor and respond to LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook messages
• Assist with project management with the Product Marketing Managers
• Support Sales team with sourcing and managing leads
• Assist with data compilation from CRM and Power BI data sources, Create Excel files
• Other various duties and projects within the Marketing department

The ideal candidate would possess:

• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize various responsibilities as needed
• Strong team player working with various teams
• Positive attitude and eager to learn more about Marketing and our organization

Qualifications

• Undergraduate level pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, English, or other degrees that build strong written and communication skills.
• Position will be up to 25 hours a week during the summer non-academic session, anticipated minimum of 20 hours per week.
