Your Impact

You contribute directly to business growth by turning complex innovation into clear, compelling communication that delivers results.

Across content, digital channels, and campaigns, you take ownership, bring forward ideas, and help position our solutions clearly and effectively in the market.

Your Responsibilities

1. Content, Messaging & Brand

• Build a strong understanding of our products, markets, customers, and competitors
• Support planning and execution of communication strategies aligned with business goals
• Create clear, engaging content across formats (press releases, articles, presentations, case studies, internal communications)

2. Digital Channels & Campaigns

• Maintain and optimize website content using CMS and SEO best practices
• Ensure consistent, relevant, and performance-driven digital content
• Support multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, content distribution) to drive awareness and lead generation
• Stay up to date on digital trends and actively contribute new ideas

3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Events

• Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, HR) and external partners (media, agencies)
• Support the organization and communication of events, conferences, and webinars

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• Several years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role
• Strong ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience with CMS, SEO, and digital marketing tools (Contentful is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in B2B is a plus
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
• Proactive, hands-on team player with a strong sense of ownership and a generalist mindset
