We are looking for a talented and passionate Marketing & Communications Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team and contribute to elevating the visibility and reputation of one of Morocco’s most prestigious luxury hospitality destinations.

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Marketing & Communications Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, social media activities, content creation, media relations, and brand campaigns. The successful candidate will help drive awareness, engagement, and revenue across the hotel’s rooms, restaurants, spa, and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update social media channels, ensuring engaging and brand-aligned content.
  • Create compelling content for digital platforms, newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and seasonal activations.
  • Coordinate media visits, influencer collaborations, and PR opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing press releases, media kits, and communication materials.
  • Maintain website content and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor digital and social media performance, preparing reports and recommendations.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, photography, and video content.
  • Support brand partnerships, events, and local activations.
  • Ensure all communications reflect Mandarin Oriental’s brand standards and luxury positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content creation tools.
  • Knowledge of graphic design platforms (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
