Job Description

We're looking for a creative and proactive Content & Social Media Executive to manage our online presence across social media platforms. You'll create engaging content, coordinate podcasts and videos, and help build a strong brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other social platforms.

• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.

• Write captions, posts, newsletters, and short-form marketing copy.

• Coordinate the production and publishing of podcasts and video content.

• Work with designers and video editors to create compelling creatives and reels.

• Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.

• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.

• Track social media performance and share insights with the team.

• Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend new content ideas.

• Assist in planning campaigns, product launches, and events.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube.

• Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.

• Familiarity with podcast publishing platforms is an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with founders or startup teams.

• Understanding of personal branding and thought leadership.

• Basic SEO and content marketing knowledge.

• Interest in AI tools for content creation and productivity.
