The Marketing & Communications Executive supports the daily execution of the hotel's marketing activities across social media, digital platforms, public relations, F&B promotions, and brand communications. This position ensures consistent brand representation, timely content delivery, and effective coordination with internal teams and external partners to drive revenue and elevate the hotel's visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Plan and publish weekly content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and additional platforms.
- Capture, edit, and produce photos, videos, and short-form content (Reels/TikTok) for rooms, F&B, events, spa, pool, and seasonal campaigns.
- Write captions aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Support digital campaigns including Meta Ads, boosted posts, and Google updates.
- Update website, landing pages, Google Business Profile, and manage UTM tracking for all campaigns.
- Respond to guest inquiries via social media channels.
2. F&B Marketing Support
- Create and update marketing materials: menus, tent cards, table talkers, posters, and digital artwork.
- Promote weekly and seasonal F&B offerings across all channels.
- Manage content and promotions on third-party platforms.
3. Rooms & Offers Marketing
- Support staycation packages, seasonal room promotions, and suite campaigns.
- Prepare visual materials and coordinate with Sales and Revenue teams for MICE, wedding, and corporate promotions.
4. PR, Influencer & Event Management
- Coordinate influencer stays including communication, booking, and F&B arrangements.
- Prepare press kits, hotel fact sheets, and media materials.
- Assist in distributing press releases and prepare monthly PR value and clipping reports.
- Capture photo and video content for events and support media/influencer hosting.
5. Brand Communications & Compliance
- Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand standards.
- Create and distribute guest announcements via social media, LINE OA, in-house TV, and printed materials.
- Inspect and maintain on-property signage, digital screens, and in-room materials.
- Liaise with printers, designers, and creative suppliers.
6. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media and campaign performance reports.
- Monitor competitor hotel marketing strategies and track PR/influencer results.
- Prepare PR/PO requests, quotations, and maintain organized storage for creative assets.
- Support communication and coordination between MarCom, F&B, Sales, Rooms, and Operations teams.
