We are seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of marketing communications across digital channels, social media, email, website content, and events. This role is responsible for ensuring marketing initiatives are organized, on schedule, and executed consistently across channels.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both content execution and project coordination. This role owns the marketing project management system (Trello) and serves as the central hub for campaign timelines, content planning, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Communications & Content Execution
- Coordinate and execute marketing communications across:
- - Social media
- - Email campaigns
- - Website content
- - Event-related promotions
- Maintain consistent messaging, branding, and tone across all marketing channels
- Support content planning and execution tied to campaigns, initiatives, and events
Project Management & Trello Ownership (Core Responsibility)
- Own and manage the marketing project management system (Trello)
- Create, assign, and track tasks across campaigns, content, events, and initiatives
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and approvals to ensure on-time delivery
- Serve as the central coordinator for marketing work across teams and stakeholders
- Proactively flag risks, bottlenecks, or resource constraints
- Maintain visibility into campaign status and provide regular updates to marketing leadership
Social Media & Digital Channels
- Own day-to-day management of corporate social media channels
- Use Sprout Social to:
- - Schedule, publish, and monitor content
- - Maintain posting cadence and brand consistency
- - Route engagement or inquiries appropriately
- Track and report on social media performance, including:
- - Metrics-focused reporting (engagement, reach, impressions)
- - Basic insights to inform content optimization
Website & Online Presence Support
- Support updates and maintenance of company websites and digital properties
- Work within CMS platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or similar
- Assist with content updates, page creation, asset uploads, and basic layout changes
- Support landing pages tied to campaigns and events
- Coordinate with internal teams or external vendors on larger website updates
Email & Campaign Support
- Support execution of marketing email campaigns using corporate email systems
- Assist with email setup, QA, scheduling, and coordination
- Ensure branding, compliance, and alignment with campaign timelines
Event Marketing Support
- Support planning and promotion of marketing events, including:
- - Trade shows
- - Open houses
- - Customer or partner events
- Coordinate timelines, promotional assets, and pre- and post-event communications
- Support event-related content, digital promotion, and follow-up coordination
Reporting & Documentation
- Track campaign activity and prepare basic performance reports
- Maintain documentation for workflows, timelines, and repeatable processes
- Support marketing leadership with status updates and coordination as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM + Certifications
- Experience supporting lead generation, pipeline tracking, or sales enablement
- Previous project management tools experience preferably with Trello or MS Planner
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits:
Range: $21.64 – 28.85 ($45,000 – 60,000)
