The Marketing & Communication Coordinator will support MATNA Foods' marketing, brand management, public relations, digital marketing and corporate communication activities. The role will support marketing campaigns, product launches, digital content management, stakeholder communications, media relations, event management and brand initiatives that strengthen market visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, events, and activations.
  • Support the development and implementation of annual and quarterly marketing / Communications plans.
  • Support product launches, exhibitions, trade activities, and brand activations.
  • Develop and coordinate engaging digital, social media, and internal communication content.
  • Manage the social media content calendar and monitor audience engagement, growth, campaign performance, and brand sentiment.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, visual standards, and communication materials across all platforms.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify consumer trends and market opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations, brochures, product information, promotional materials, and point-of-sale communications.
  • Support in the management of external agencies, creative partners, media providers, event organizers, and other marketing vendors.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Finance, People, and other departments on marketing initiatives.
  • Support internal communication activities, including company announcements, newsletters, events, and organizational initiatives.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and vendor performance.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, digital engagement, and other marketing metrics.
  • Prepare periodic marketing / communications reports and provide actionable recommendations based on performance data.
  • Gather customer and consumer feedback to support commercial decision-making.
  • Maintain an organized library of approved marketing, communications, corporate, brand, and digital assets.
  • Ensure all product communications are accurate, properly approved, brand-compliant, and aligned with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Comply with MATNA Foods' health, safety, food safety, quality, environmental, and operational policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, media, brand management, digital marketing, FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, or a related industry.
  • Proven experience coordinating marketing campaigns, digital content, social media, and events
  • Experience working with creative agencies, media partners, PR agencies and other external stakeholders.
  • Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, agro-processing, or consumer products is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content development, and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong creativity, commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong teamwork, stakeholder management, accountability, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
