Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Classification grade: Clerk Grade 5/6

Salary: $99,938-$110,271 p.a. (excluding employer’s contribution to superannuation and annualised leave loading.)

Work type:Ongoing full-time – 35 hours per week

Note the CSO is relocating to new office premises at 252 Pitt Street, Sydney, in July 2026.

About the role

We’re looking for a marketing and communications all-rounder to join us. Working collaboratively within a small team, you will be involved in mix of strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on delivery of marketing and communications programs and events to support the CSO’s organisational priorities.

You will work with the Marketing and Communications team and engage with internal senior stakeholders to plan and deliver high-quality internal and external communications and events to inform, connect, and engage employees, promote the CSO’s expertise to clients, and enhance the CSO’s external brand and profile.

Our ideal candidate

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • marketing/events or communications experience in a professional services or law firm environment

  • strong copywriting and editing skills, with an ability to translate complex information into clear messages

  • ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leaders

  • sound organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

  • a collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
