What you’ll do:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following (and other duties as required):
Assist with the Wild Rose Co-op Kids Club Program administrative duties
Assist with the Kids Club Program’s Monthly Birthday Card Program
Assist with Kids Club Program membership sign-ups and welcome letters
Assist with the Kids Club Program’s monthly videos and events when needed
Compliance with all Safety policies and procedures and look out for the safety of others
Adhere to all Wild Rose Co-op policies and procedures
This position requires the use of computers, as well as heavy lifting of products.

Who you are:
You have previous experience in customer service is an asset. Candidates will demonstrate the following:
Understanding of our Values (Teamwork, People, Excellence, Community)
Committed to providing excellent customer service to our member-owners as well as internal customers
Quality communication skills
Proficient with computers and programs such as Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
Ability to work days, evenings and weekends
This position will report to the Marketing & Communications Manager
This is a part-time position based on 10-15 hrs/month, the successful candidate will have the ability to work primarily during the day, but occasionally in the evening or on the weekend if needed.
