Mission of the Role

Nextensa is looking for an experienced and hands-on Marketing & Communications Specialist to strengthen our Tour & Taxis team.

In this role, you take ownership of (digital) marketing and communication activities, with a strong focus on lead generation, content, and performance tracking. You ensure that our campaigns, channels, and content effectively support the visibility and commercial success of Tour & Taxis and Tour & Taxis venues.

You will report to the Head of marketing & communication

Your Responsibilities as Marketing & Communication Specialist


1) Marketing & Digital

  • Develop and implement the general communication and marketing plan for Tour & Taxis

  • Drive lead generation and nurturing across different channels

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing activities (website, SEO/SEA, paid campaigns)

  • Plan and execute newsletter campaigns and email marketing flows

  • Manage website content and continuously improve user experience and performance

2) Content & Campaigns

  • Create and coordinate content across channels (website, social media, newsletters, press)

  • Coordinate campaigns to promote events, venues, and initiatives

  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment


3) Insights & Performance

  • Monitor performance of campaigns and channels

  • Translate data into insights and actionable improvements

  • Track and report on key KPIs

Taking ownership of administrative tasks to keep marketing operations running smoothly.

The Ideal Marketing & Communication Specialist

  • +10 years of experience in marketing and/or communication

  • A degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong writing and content skills

  • Hands-on and able to manage projects independently

  • Well-organized and able to handle multiple priorities

  • Critical and solution-oriented mindsetComfortable working with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media, analytics, email mkt)

  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator)

  • A keen interest in culture, events, real estate, and urban development.
