From its HQ at Tour & Taxis, the Communications team manages marketing and communication initiatives for Nextensa’s real estate projects, corporate activities, and community engagement.

Mission of the Role

Nextensa is looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist who takes ownership of both corporate communication and marketing activities.

Your role combines corporate communication with marketing communication to support the positioning and visibility of our real estate assets and development projects.

You will report to the Head of marketing & communication

Your Responsibilities as Marketing & Communication Specialist


Corporate Communication

  • Own and update corporate communication website and LI (content creation & publishing).

  • Contribute to refining and strengthening Nextensa’s image and reputation in Belgium and Luxembourg.

  • Write and coordinate press releases

  • Coordinate internal and external communication (e.g. presentations, print advertising)

  • Coordinate and deliver the annual report

  • Lead project-related communication (e.g. permits, local stakeholders)

  • Manage partnerships and sponsorships

  • Coordination corporate and B2B events

Asset Marketing

  • Create and coordinate marketing materials

  • Manage and update website content

  • Plan and publish social media content

  • Coordinate & execute campaigns and media planning

  • Monitor results and support lead generation

Taking ownership of administrative tasks to keep marketing operations running smoothly.

The Ideal Marketing & Communication Specialist

  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing and/or communication

  • A degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in corporate communication is a must, experience in real estate sector is a plus

  • Strong writing and content skills

  • Hands-on and able to manage projects independently

  • Well-organized and able to handle multiple priorities

  • Critical and solution-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Dutch/French/English)

  • Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media, analytics, email mkt)

  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator)
