Responsibilities

• General Marketing Support: Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities across the Benelux region. You will manage and optimize our online and offline communication channels—including websites, social media channels, newsletters, and activation materials—while lending a hand with general PR tasks. - Passion for Marketing Performance: Maintain a strong, result-driven focus. You will track campaign KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and leverage data insights (such as reach, sentiment, and conversion rates) to continuously optimize our digital strategies and maximize ROI. - Creative Mindset & Content Creation: Bring fresh ideas to the table. You will conceptualize and design innovative, locally relevant marketing materials, social assets, and creator briefs that resonate deeply with our tech-savvy audience. - Passion for Events: Thrive on the organization and execution of live brand experiences. You will support the planning and coordination of vehicle launches, press drives, retail activations, and flagship media events from start to finish, ensuring everyone walks away with the ultimate "XPENG experience." - Flexible Mindset & Adaptability: Excel within a fast-paced, international scale-up environment. You are quick to adapt to shifting priorities, ready to tackle ad-hoc projects, and willing to work flexible hours (including occasional evenings/weekends) during major events.
