Position Title: Marketing & Communication Specialist Interventional EMEA
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Interventional Marcom team to help manage and deliver high-quality marketing materials for this business unit. Reporting to the Senior Strategic Marketing Communications Manager, you will work closely with internal teams, business unit marketeers and external vendors to ensure brand consistency, project execution and effective communication across EMEA and APAC.

• Coordinate the development, design and timely delivery of marketing communication materials including but not limited to brochures, datasheets, presentations, videos, social media graphics, and website updates
• Collaborate with internal teams and business unit to ensure marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging strategy
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing materials for trade shows, conferences and regional campaigns
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with legal, regulatory, and CMA requirements
• Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for implementing our Global MarCom SOP and best practices
• Support global and regional marketing initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across EMEA and APAC
• Track, monitor and analyse all marketing project deliverables using Excel or other project management tools to measure efficiency and optimise processes
• Work with external vendors for translation services, printing, video creation, and promotional merchandise orders
• Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Assist in other marketing communication tasks and special projects as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, content creation or brand management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, international setting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain project reports
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Proficiency in Excel and project management tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Experience in the medical device, healthcare or B2B industry is a plus
• Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflows efficiently
• Work effectively across different cultural and geographic regions
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to take ownership of projects, work independently and collaborate as a team player
• Strong interpersonal skills
TRAVEL REQUIRED: 20 %.
