English fluency is required and graduate from top schools will be preferred



We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications Specialist to lead both internal and external communications. In this role, you will develop compelling narratives, execute impactful campaigns, and manage various communication channels including newsletters, blogs, and social media. Your work will enhance brand visibility, drive engagement with target audiences and employees, and support the organizations overall growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication materials.

  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy.

  • Produce high-quality content such as press releases, articles, blog posts, newsletters, social media content, and impact reports.

  • Manage and expand the organizations social media presence, fostering community engagement and meaningful interactions.

  • Organize and execute events that effectively showcase the brand and products to target audiences.

Brand Management & Communications:

  • Define and enhance brand positioning by collaborating with key stakeholders to build brand equity.

  • Support communication initiatives by contributing to the creation of brochures, presentations, and newsletters.

  • Establish and maintain strong communication channels for both internal (employees) and external (clients and stakeholders) audiences.

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to integrate marketing and promotional strategies.

  • Develop internal communication plans to keep teams informed, motivated, and aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Lead media outreach efforts and craft press releases to highlight company achievements and updates.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor marketing and communication metrics to assess campaign performance.

  • Analyze data to inform future communication strategies and continuously improve effectiveness.

  • Generate detailed reports to evaluate the impact of communication initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or related roles, with strong copywriting expertise (preferably in the food and beverage sector).

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and executing digital campaigns.

  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging, audience-specific content.

  • Background in brand management and marketing communications.

  • Familiarity with SEO principles and web publishing tools.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Passionate about social impact and comfortable in fast-paced startup environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field 
  • Experience in the specialty coffee industry or agricultural value chains.

  • Background in working with social enterprises or non-profits.

  • Experience organizing events and promotional activities.

  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • Previous work experience in startups is a plus.
