As a Marketing & Communication Manager, you will manage the school’s marketing and communications function, shaping how the school is seen, experienced, and chosen by families and employees. This role blends data analysis, strategy, performance marketing, story-telling and brand leadership to deliver a consistently high-quality customer journey, enrolment growth and an all-round positive brand experience.
Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies that align with company goals and brand positioning
Create, manage and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media and internal communications
Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, website content and promotional collateral
Oversee social media accounts and digital platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging and audience engagement
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure effective campaign execution and delivery
Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness
Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery of communications initiatives
Maintain and enhance brand guidelines and ensure all communications reflect brand standards
Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing activities, results and recommendations for senior management
Identify emerging marketing trends and recommend new approaches to enhance company visibility and engagement
