Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1.KOL/Influencer Management

oIdentify, recruit, and manage KOLs/Influencers to amplify campaigns.

oDevelop influencer collaboration plans aligned with brand objectives.

oNegotiate contracts, deliverables, and performance outcomes.

2.Marketing Communication Strategy

oDevelop and execute integrated marketing communication plans.

oEnsure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

oMonitor market trends and competitor activities to refine communication strategies.

3.Content Development

oOversee creation of content outlines, campaign messaging, and copywriting.

oCollaborate with creative teams to ensure high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content.

oEnsure all content is optimized for target platforms (social media, website, PR, etc.).

4.Coordination with KOLs/Influencers

oAct as the key liaison between brand and influencers.

oOversee campaign briefing, alignment, and execution.

oTrack influencer content and measure ROI.

5.Collaboration with Performance Marketing Team

oWork closely with performance marketing to align communication with paid media strategies.

oProvide content direction to maximize engagement and conversion.

oAnalyze campaign data with the performance team to optimize future communications.
