As a Marketing Communication Intern, you will join the Italian Mobility Communication team, contributing to the development and execution of integrated communication activities.

This internship will last 6 months.

Within Bosch Group, Mobility is the largest business sector, generating €55.8 billion in revenue in 2025 and positioning Bosch as a leading automotive supplier. The sector is shaping the future of mobility—making it safe, sustainable, and exciting, through integrated solutions across electrification, software and services, semiconductors, sensors, vehicle computers, ADAS, vehicle dynamics, and aftermarket and fleet services. Bosch has driven key automotive innovations, including electronic engine management, ESP, and common-rail diesel technology

You will work across marketing, digital, and event management, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing parallel projects in a dynamic and international environment.

Your main activities will include:

  • Supporting the execution of marketing, sponsorship, and co-marketing initiatives
  • Planning and coordinating internal and external events (conferences, trade fairs, corporate events)
  • Developing technical materials and presentations to support events and communication activities
  • Contributing to digital communication activations (web, social, campaigns)
  • Collaborating closely with internal communication, media relations, and digital teams to ensure consistency across channels
  • Managing cross-functional interactions and aligning with different business stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Degree or Master’s specialization in Communication, Marketing, or Digital Marketing
  • Strong interest in the automotive and mobility world
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Nice to have: Experience with event management and digital campaigns and familiarity with social media and digital tools

Additional Information

  • Internship Duration: 6 Months Full Time Internship
  • Internships foresee reimbursement at Bosch Italia. Depending on the level of your education, you will reimbursed with 700/900 euros (gross)/month;
