Teoxane Laboratories were established in Geneva, Switzerland, in 2003. They are specialized in the design and manufacturing of hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers and dermocosmetics. Teoxane strength is to offer a global patient care. Using its products, practitioners are able to fill all kinds of wrinkles, from the finest to the deepest, to restore youthful volume to the face, and to treat the neck and décolleté, with natural results. In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:

Marketing & Communication Intern

Contract: 6 months (start date January 2027)

Main activities: Support the Aesthetic Skincare & Communication Teams

Main activities:

Packaging

• Coordinate artwork creation, proofreading and validation, and maintain artwork databases, templates and spec files.
• Support the 2027 packaging redesign rollout, from timelines and mock-ups to validation with agencies and suppliers.
• Help find sustainable, compliant packaging materials and formats, and support supplier scouting, benchmarking and qualification.

Communication

• Write press releases and press materials, produce the monthly press report, and contribute to the PR quarterly business review.
• Support press events and track the coverage they generate.
• Draft internal newsletters, internal announcements and social content for corporate and brand channels, and create simple visuals and templates for them.
• Run industry and competitor monitoring, social analytics and KPI reporting.
• Keep communication calendars up to date and support the team day to day.

Profile:

• Ongoing Bachelor/Master in Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Rigor and attention to detail: catches errors in texts, layouts and spec files.
• Organization: manages several projects and deadlines at once and keeps timelines and calendars up to date.
• Teamwork and communication: works smoothly with internal teams, agencies, suppliers and journalists.
• Proactivity: takes initiative, suggests improvements and follows tasks through to the end.
• Fluency in English and French.
