6) M&S Strategic Sales – Marketing Communication Executive

Function: Non-Technical

Report to: Director of Strategic Sales & Key Account Management

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for press release & publication content monitoring, interpretation and development to cover e.g. local content, Head Office News, report, brochure & Event, Industrial News.
• Abroad Events news coordination: SMM, Posidonia, Gastech etc.
• Promption Video Development (Committee Meeting, Annual Achievement, etc.)
• Assist N+1 to manage external Media Partnerships & Agents
• Marketing material, information, intelligence channeling, distribution and monitoring its impact and effect
• Regular contact with HO brand guidelines, Event Tiering & Management
• Assist in organization, facilitation of online and offline M&S activities (Forums, summit)
• Assist in related budget control and optimization
• Material Optimization (BV China Brochure, Notebook, Corp. Profile & Introduction, Harmonize the commercial materials of HO)
• Monitor Competition External Communication and branding development
• Development and maintenance of Corp. marketing library (photo, video, showcase)
• Keep regular communication and cooperation with SALES teams to provide functional support.
• Any other tasks assigned by N+1.
• Comply with the requirements of the HSE management system.

Requirements:

• 5+ proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing communication campaigns across online and offline channels
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken);Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly preferred
• Can accommodate work overtime when needed
• Skillful at digital marketing
• Class preference is preferred
