Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and organized Marketing & Communication Coordinator to join our team in Visakhapatnam, India. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing initiatives, managing internal and external communications, and coordinating various marketing projects. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign delivery while maintaining professional communication standards across all channels.

• Coordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Create and edit marketing content, including social media posts, email newsletters, blog articles, and promotional materials
• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities
• Prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to track key metrics and ROI
• Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and ensure accurate communication of organizational updates
• Support the development and implementation of communication strategies and brand guidelines
• Manage marketing materials inventory and coordinate with vendors for printing and distribution
• Assist in market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategy development
• Respond to inquiries from stakeholders and provide administrative support to the marketing team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with social media management platforms and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering quality work
• Preferred: Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website management
• Preferred: Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and digital marketing strategies
