Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Public Relations, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience as a Marketing Communications/ Community Specialist or related role
  • Understanding of Web3 and Blockchain Technology: Marketers should have a solid understanding of Web3 principles, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts. This knowledge enables them to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the Layer 2 platform to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools is essential for reaching and engaging with the target audience online. This includes skills in social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising.
  • Community Management Skills: Building and managing an active and engaged community is crucial in the Web3 space. Marketers should have experience in community management, including moderating online forums, hosting events, organizing AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions), and responding to community inquiries and feedback.
  • Developer Relations Experience: Since developers are key stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem, marketers should have experience in developer relations and outreach. This involves understanding developers' needs and preferences, providing technical documentation and support, and fostering a collaborative environment for building on the Layer 2 platform.
