About the Role
The Marketing & Commercial Service Specialist supports company growth through strategic marketing initiatives, lead generation activities, and identification of business opportunities primarily within the water well, commercial service and rehabilitation markets. The position is responsible for managing digital and print marketing campaigns, monitoring industry job boards and bid platforms (if applicable), generating and processing qualified leads, updating company website, enhancing the company's market presence, and supporting Commercial Service department to include supporting proposal development and tracking.

Marketing & Lead Generation
•Develop and manage marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
•Manage website content and online presence.
•Coordinate approved social media marketing efforts across all company platforms.
•Develop marketing materials, presentations, and customer success stories.
•Assist with advertising campaigns, trade shows, and industry events, as required.
•Maintain company branding standards across all locations.
•Drive business to Texas Buyboard with assistance from sales team.
•Assist in additional training in use of Company CRM when required.
•Monitor public and private job boards, bid platforms, procurement sites, and industry postings for potential business opportunities (as required).
•Research commercial, municipal, industrial, and governmental projects that align with company services.
•Track upcoming projects, bid opportunities, RFPs, RFQs, and contract solicitations for Commercial Services.
•Coordinate opportunity pipelines and maintain prospect databases in coordination with Director Sales & Marketing.
•Assist management with proposal preparation and submission deadlines.
•Support customer outreach initiatives and relationship management activities.
•Maintain records of business opportunities, project awards, and competitive activity in designated CRM.
•Generate reports regarding pipeline activity and business development opportunities within the CRM system.
•Work closely with operations and leadership to identify target markets and growth strategies.
•Support services scheduling when feasible.
QualificationsQualification
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.
Experience
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales support, or proposal coordination.
• Experience in construction, drilling, utilities, engineering, industrial services, or related industries preferred.
• Experience tracking public bids, procurement opportunities, or project opportunities preferred.
Language Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, vendors, subcontractors, government agencies, and team members.
• Strong proofreading, editing, and content creation skills, including the ability to develop professional marketing materials, business correspondence, proposals, and presentations.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and present information clearly and concisely to various audiences.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand technical documents, bid specifications, contracts, requests for proposals (RFPs), and company procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally.
• Ability to respond effectively to questions, inquiries, and requests from customers, management, and business partners.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are preferred but not required.
Mathematical Skills
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, ratios, averages, budgets, return on investment (ROI), and campaign performance metrics.
• Ability to analyze marketing and business development data, including lead conversion rates, website traffic trends, advertising performance, and business opportunity tracking.
• Ability to prepare and interpret reports, spreadsheets, and performance dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numerical data.

• Proficiency with graphic design and content creation software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Physical Demands
