A top development group is looking for a commercially minded
Marketing & Commercial Coordinator
to join its Stellenbosch-based team.

This is a varied role combining
digital marketing, sales support and commercial analysis
, with regular exposure to a major development in Africa.

THE ROLE

• 
  Manage website, social media, content and digital marketing
• 
  Develop campaigns to drive brand awareness, enquiries and property sales
• 
  Create presentations, brochures and professional marketing material
• 
  Support property sales, leasing, viewings and investor enquiries
• 
  Maintain prospect and investor databases and follow up on opportunities
• 
  Coordinate launches, events and promotional activities
• 
  Use AI tools to analyse and compare supplier quotations and commercial information
• 
  Research competitors, pricing and market opportunities
• 
  Work closely with management across marketing and commercial projects

Requirements

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A bright, organised and commercially curious individual with
3+ years' marketing experience
, strong digital skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

You should be confident using
AI tools
, comfortable analysing information and able to operate beyond traditional marketing.

Property, development, real estate or related experience would be advantageous.

Based in Stellenbosch with approximately one 5-day trip to African office per month.
